Text Message Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to text messages sent by Integra Credit to customers and prospective customers.

Stopping Text Messages. If you wish to stop receiving marketing text messages from Integra Credit, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text simply type STOP. You may also stop text messages by notifying us of your request when you call or email us using the contact information below.

Texting HELP. If at any time you need our contact information or information on how to stop text messages, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text simply type HELP. We will then send you instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe from it.

Texting Frequency. This is a recurring text program. Frequency will vary. In general, the text messages we send provide you with information about your account, products and special offers.

Website Links. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access.

Privacy. You understand that the text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. You must notify us immediately if you change mobile numbers or plan to provide your phone to another person.

Message and Data Rates. Your mobile phone carrier's message and data rates apply to the text messages we send.

Carriers. Not all carriers support our text message program. We are able to deliver messages to the following wireless carriers:

• Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
• Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Amendments. If we modify these terms and conditions, we will notify you by sending you a text message with a link to the new terms and conditions. We may terminate our text message program at any time.
